Since 1982, our headquarters in Carmagnola (Turin) has been the beating heart of CEMAS Elettra's innovation and craftsmanship.
Here, we specialize in customizing every type of welding machine, to meet the unique needs of our clients, and in designing and manufacturing every kind of welding tool.
At the end of 2022, we expanded our facilities with a new plant dedicated exclusively to the production of standard vibration welding machines, enhancing both efficiency and capacity.

Your production batches are always welcome at our plant.
The latest addition: a whole new 1200 m² warehouse, entirely dedicated to the reception and storage of customer components.
Different spaces for any need: our customers can enjoy an office next to the workshop, meeting rooms and many other services (Free Wi-Fi connection, printers, CAD stations, etc).
We offer to our customers the utility of a simulating area inside our workshop, where the projects can be developed and the first welding production trials performed in order to fine-tune and optimize the process.
Our researchers design and manufacture several kinds of tool for laboratory tests, in order to make welding trials on new shapes, new materials or new products, also studying and developing new welding technologies.
Our commercial agents take care of our customers during the entire production cycle, from initial design to final implementation of welding machines or tools.
Thanks to our specialized engineers, we conceive and design our own welding machines and welding equipment, constantly new and cutting-edge.
Each machine and tool respects the most stringent qualitative and technical standards, because the manufacturing is executed by a specially qualified team.
A laboratory provided with advanced equipment in order to perform 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparison, dimensional analysis and report.
We always have technicians and welding specialists available and ready to leave within 48 hours from the customer call, to reach them on the spot, all over the world.

The LPU – aka "CEMAS 2" – is our second plant in Carmagnola, dedicated to the high-volume production of our standard vibration welding machines.
Thanks to a deeply specialized team of technicians both in the manufacturing and design departments, each machine respects the most stringent quality and durability standards and delivery times are equally standardized.
