The HUD's cover requires aesthetically perfect welding to seamlessly integrate into the dashboard without visible marks. Thanks to infrared technology, a clean, uniform and contact-free joint was achieved, ideal for components sensitive to deformation. The process ensures high repeatability and consistent quality, even for high production volumes.
The tool is compatible both to the hollow and the solid cover variants.
