This project showcases the high versatility of our design team. The client components are challenging in shape and predisposed to be welded in specific spots, a rather unusual application of our multifiber technology.
Both fixtures were designed and manufactured in a unique fashion, supporting the pieces in several key segments.
The upper tool in particular houses the fiber ferrule terminals following the requested spot map, aligned to the aforementioned welding spots.
